Site prep and retaining wall construction underway on this project in the Okanagan Valley.

The crew is setting the base course, confirming grade, and getting the drainage in place before the wall goes any higher. Sometimes you have to tear it down before you can build it back better.

Here is a look at some foundation demolition and removal work from our Apex project. This was not a wide-open demolition site. Working around the remaining structure, uneven ground, and limited access meant every movement of the machines had to be carefully planned.

It is always satisfying watching the old structure come down and seeing the site open up for the next stage of construction.
