Sometimes it’s the small things that make a difference.

While we were at this home completing other plumbing work, the customer mentioned that the copper outlet from their downspout was directing water where they didn’t want it.

It wasn’t a big plumbing project, but it was something we could help with — so we gladly rerouted the copper pipe exactly where they wanted it.

This bathroom sink drain was not very old, but it was broken and leaking heavily, so it needed to be replaced. In this video, I remove the old drain, clean the sink opening, install a new pop-up drain, reconnect the P-trap and test everything for leaks.

An average DIYer can handle this repair. However, if you need professional help, feel free to reach out to us. Always test all drain connections after installation and confirm everything remains completely dry. Our professional installations include a 2-year warranty.

This outdoor copper water line froze and split, and the nearby soldered connection failed as well.

The damaged section was removed and repaired with new copper pipe and ProPress fittings. The customer requested a localized spot repair, so we replaced the failed section, restored the water and tested the repair.

A good reminder that any water line exposed to freezing temperatures needs proper protection and winterization.

As part of our service, we’ll also show you how to properly winterize the line before the cold weather arrives, so this doesn’t happen again.

This water meter was barely held.

The pipe was inserted into the main valve by barely 1/8". One small movement could have caused a major leak.

New valve installed just in time and backed the work with our 2-year warranty.

Before installing a new toilet, always inspect the toilet fl**ge.

In this case, the existing fl**ge was broken and needed to be repaired before the new toilet could be installed properly.

A repair fl**ge can be the easiest solution when the existing piping and subfloor are still in good condition. If the screws hold securely in solid subfloor, you may be able to avoid opening the ceiling below and replacing the entire fl**ge.

🔹 Hydro Jetting uses high-pressure water to remove grease, sludge, soap scum, and debris while cleaning the entire pipe wall. Helps reduce future buildup. Best for main sewer lines and heavily clogged drains.
