❔How do I get started?
It starts with a phone call. Reach out via DM or fill out the consultation form on our website and we'll set up a call to discuss your project.

❔Do you charge a consultation fee?
We require a 50% deposit to complete any in-person design consultation, as this is part of the design process.

❔What's included in your 2D design service?
A scaled masterplan with proposed features, hardscaping and planting plans, dimension and grading plans for contractor take-offs, and a lighting plan.
Front Yard $1,650 | Backyard $2,190 | Full Property $3,135 (+HST)

❔What's included in your 3D render service?
3D renders based on your 2D masterplan, including both day and night views. Renders show paving patterns, materials, colours, and a detailed planting plan.
Front Yard $770 | Backyard $990 | Full Property $1,760 (+HST)

❔Do I need a 3D design before we build?
No, but it tends to be extremely helpful. Once your 2D design is complete, we provide a quote and go from there.

❔How long does the design process take?
Concept design is typically completed within a week of the initial site visit. From there, it depends on revisions and client response time. The faster you are, the faster we are!

❔Where do you serve?
Primarily Oakville, Toronto, Markham, and Bradford, with flexibility depending on the scale of the project.
