Moving forward on this bungalow renovation … patched the fireplace egress with 20 minute mud followed by regular sandable mud stages … sanded & primed. Moved forward with painting kitchen ceiling with AURA WHITE SPA AND BATH PAINT … continuing with the remanding ceilings and cornice molding receiving Benjamin Moore white Premium ceiling paint (previously known as yellow label) … followed by all common area walls painted with Benjamin Moore Regal OC -83 … kitchen now ready to be installed on schedule.

Squeeze in weekend project … complete hardwood strip flooring removal … cleanup, pack the sticks into bucket bundles … pickup & deliver 4 x 8 fir plywood … begin installation of sub floor … PL premium glued and screwed (2 1/2” screws) with our new Quick drive floor screwing equipment which worked amazing !!!!
