A home should feel like it was designed around the way you live.
For these Clients, their Kitchen and Main Floor had started to feel dated and difficult to use. Storage was limited, the Kitchen layout no longer supported everyday life, and the finishes throughout the space no longer reflected the warmth and comfort they wanted in their home.

The goal was to create a space that felt welcoming, functional, and timeless, without changing the footprint of the home.

The transformation included:

• A redesigned Kitchen layout with a large, accessible Island
• Custom cabinetry in Pebble Grey and Premium White
• Warm Texas Oak slat panels adding texture and character
• Deep Concrete and Winter Whisper quartz countertops
• Custom storage solutions throughout the Kitchen and Pantry
• A refreshed Staircase with new railing, square balusters, and Pewter metal pickets
• A redesigned Entry Closet with a frameless glass mirror sliding door
• New flooring throughout the Main Floor to tie everything together

Every detail was thoughtfully chosen to make everyday life easier while creating a home that feels warm, comfortable, and inviting.

Old kitchen cabinets and countertops pulled, dated bathrooms gutted down to the studs.

Before any of it starts, stairs, railings, and floors get fully wrapped and protected, so nothing outside the work zone takes damage.

Debris hauled and disposed of the same day, no mess left behind.

For this busy Etobicoke family, the Kitchen was the heart of their home, but it wasn’t working the way they needed it to.

With two kids, a dog, and full schedules, they needed a space that was more functional, more intentional, and more reflective of their style. The existing Kitchen felt outdated, with worn finishes and too much wood, leaving them with a space that no longer felt like theirs.

The goal was simple: create a Kitchen that felt timeless, elevated, and like it had always belonged in the home.

The transformation included:

Custom white oak veneer Kitchen cabinetry

A stunning natural dolomite countertop

Improved Kitchen functionality and flow

Custom Mudroom cabinetry for added storage

Thoughtfully selected finishes that blend seamlessly with the home

One of the most important parts of this renovation was finding the right balance between beautiful design and a practical investment. The Clients had a clear vision and wanted natural materials that would stand the test of time, and together we worked through the options to bring that vision to life.

This Markham deck couldn’t just get a facelift. Old footings didn’t meet current code, so we tore it down and rebuilt from scratch.

Then the ravine lot brought TRCA into the mix, and grading in the back became its own project inside the project.

We worked through both and got the client a deck that’s solid, code-compliant, and built to last.
