These washroom and mechanical buildings join two utilitarian programmes under one sculptural roof.

A folded shed form that cantilevers out to shelter a covered breezeway between the volumes. Dark iron-spot brick anchors the public-facing side. Standing seam metal panels handle the mechanical wing. A vertical slat screen softens the edge where the two meet.

We’re proud to announce the upcoming renovation of Belwood Hall in partnership with the Township of Centre Wellington.

Since the 1870s, Belwood Hall has served as a gathering place for community events, meetings, celebrations, and local traditions. This project is about preserving that legacy while creating a more accessible, functional, and welcoming space for future generations.

We believe projects like this matter because community spaces are the foundation of strong towns. They bring people together, support local culture, and create lasting social impact far beyond the building itself.
The renewed Belwood Hall will honour the character of this historic landmark while modernizing the facility to better serve the evolving needs of the community for decades to come.

PAC completed this full interior fit-out transformation, converting a raw commercial building into a modern, functional environment built for day-to-day operations at scale. The project included a complete office buildout featuring open workstation areas, private offices, collaborative spaces, and a fully customized employee lunchroom with commercial-grade amenities.

What makes tenant fit-out projects like this different is the level of coordination behind the scenes. You can’t retrofit a 1994 building to handle modern kitchen tech, kiosk ordering, and current drive-thru flow. Cheaper and faster to start clean.

The payoff: 30% faster service, 60% better order accuracy, 41% lift in guest satisfaction. is rebuilding ~70% of its US restaurants on this model and Canada is part of the rollout.
