This year at our Annual General Meeting, we revisited one of Bray’s favourite team building activities by coming together to build children’s bikes.

We were proud to donate these bikes to Habitat for Humanity Greater Ottawa, an organization that brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope through affordable homeownership initiatives.

We are ever grateful for the opportunity to gather as a team and contribute to the communities we are part of.

We are happy to celebrate the completion of the Wellfield 8 project, in which we played the role of general contractor. Our work focused on the installation of a new wellfield, upgrades to an existing wellfield, and other crucial works to make the system fully operational. Together with everyone helping to make this project a reality, we created an improved, robust drinking water system for The Township of North Dundas.

We hosted our 2026 Annual General Meeting this month, where we were pleased to welcome new and long-standing team members alike to celebrate Bray’s achievements over the past year.

Many of our staff members contributed to the event, providing insights on our current projects, outlining our goals, and highlighting our continued commitment to making Louis W. Bray a great place to be. Thank you to everyone who helped to make the day possible, as well as to our guest speaker, Cyndie Flett, for your meaningful words and guidance.

That’s a wrap on Bray’s 3rd annual training week.

We are so proud of our team for what was accomplished this year. With nearly 600 certificates to be issued across all courses, this milestone represents a significant achievement for our growing community at Louis W. Bray. We are excited to keep honing our skills together as we look ahead to 2027.

As part of training week, our Health and Safety team put together an emergency response course reflecting the work environments we specialize in at Louis W. Bray.

We wanted to extend our thanks to Scaffex Inc, whose scaffolding allowed us to elevate this course and offer a hands-on learning experience to our team.

We would like to voice our appreciation to Advanced Consulting and Training Ltd for their 3rd year of support during training week at Bray.

We at Louis W. Bray Construction recently hosted our 3rd Annual Training Week, with 2026 representing our most ambitious effort yet.

This year represents the highest number of training hours, courses, and initiatives we’ve ever delivered, with over 2,000 hours of training across 25 sessions. Each course was thoughtfully implemented based on feedback from our team to support Bray’s ongoing development.
