We are looking for a motivated shop helper / project labourer to join our growing team.

This is primarily shop based work working with mechanics as well as working on projects assuring g with manual labour

What We’re Looking For:

. Motivated individual able to take a directions from mechanics and site foreman. Help with greasing trucks trailers, assist mechanics with repairs, yard cleanup work, truck washing etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the Role:
Mainly working in our shop and yard assisting with maintenance on trucks trailers and equipment Assisting with labour work in various construction projects Opportunity to grow and advance and potential apprenticeships for mechanic

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20-35 per hour (based on skills and experience)

❗️Now Hiring: Full-Time Heavy Duty Mechanic❗️

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our growing team.

This is primarily shop-based work, with occasional callouts using a service truck to handle roadside repairs when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Heavy Duty transport truck Mechanic
• Heavy equipment experience is an asset (not required)
• Cummins and Cat diagnostic experience is a strong plus
• Strong troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the Role:

• Maintain and repair a fleet of 10–15 trucks (season dependent)
• Equipment includes a range of heavy equipment, fibre trucks and trailers, gravel trucks, lowbeds, and flat decks, etc.
• Help strengthen and improve our overall maintenance program

Compensation & Benefits:

• $25–$50 per hour (based on skills and experience)
• Health benefits available

Summer has been flying by! A recent 650ft chainlink fence project done for M 4 Enterprises Ltd., with the tall gate post also acting as a secure mounting space for the upcoming security system!
