One floor plan. Two ways to live it. Haven One shows up as a transportable retreat that follows you to the next property — or a permanent A277 modular home that's not going anywhere. A backyard suite for aging parents. A rental unit for a developer's next project. Same design. Different reasons to love it. Which one sounds like you?

One is built like a permanent home. Black cedar siding, full-height glazing, and finish plywood walls to be lived with, not just looked at. 220 square feet, and nothing about it feels temporary.

Haven One comes in two tiers — a Base Package with the shell and a kitchen, or a Full Package with built-in dining and a storage conscious bed frame ready to move into.

This is Haven One. Small footprint, big possibility — studio, guest house, retreat, you decide. Starting at $120K.

d the best for last.

Issue Four of the Haven Edit is The Homestead Vintner — 410 square feet built around the moments you look forward to. A dedicated wine fridge and custom bottle storage in the kitchen. A long window seat made for golden hour. And yes, there's more.

This is the home that closes the collection — and we think it might be the one you save first.

120 square feet. Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Issue Two of the Haven Edit is the smallest home in the collection — and maybe the clearest example of what we're trying to do. A kitchenette. A full three-piece bathroom.

Haven One isn't about fitting less into your life. It's about deciding, on purpose, what belongs in it.

Two people. One bathroom. Zero waiting.

Here’s the detail we teased: The Homestead Lux has a split-bath layout — the toilet and vanity in one room, the shower and bathtub in another. Two people can get ready for the day without a single “almost done in there?”

Swipe through for the rest of the tour: the curved kitchen and dining joinery, a primary suite with extensive His & Hers storage, an integrated 2-in-1 washer/dryer, and a multi-use space with a built-in guest bed.

At 12’ x 40’, it’s the same Homestead philosophy — just with a little more room to breathe, and a few more answers to the questions real life asks.

Issue Two of the Haven Edit is The Homestead Lux — 395 square feet, a foot wider than The Homestead, and home to a few upgrades we're going to reveal slowly. Soft lines, considered proportions, nothing accidental.

345 square feet. A space that changes with you.

Swipe through The Homestead — from the kitchen and dining nook (built-in bench seating, hidden storage) to the primary suite, where a queen bed sits alongside His & Hers wardrobes.
Then there's the multi-use space. Some days it's a home office. Other days, a guest room. The room doesn't ask you to choose — it adapts.

That's the idea behind everything we build: design that flexes with real life, not around it.

Issue One of the Haven Edit starts here.

Every collection of homes starts with a foundation — and ours starts with The Homestead. 345 square feet. Two real bedrooms. A saltbox roofline that catches the morning light just right.

This is the first of four homes we're opening up to you over the next month — each one designed around a different way of living. Some weeks will feel familiar. Others might surprise you.

Welcome home.
