Installing a chandelier over a stairway can be tricky.
✅️floor protection
✅️set up scaffolding
✅️install proper junction box and supports for the light fixture
✅️installed light fixture and set up the heights as per the clients liking, not ours
✅️installed with a Lutron Caseta dimmer switch and 3 way pico switch location as it was just a single location before
✅️testing then carefully take apart the scaffolding and floor protection being cautious to not damage anything

This family wanted a heat pump / AC to get ready for the summer heat but the 100A service was full. We got to work on upgrading the service to 200A and wiring for the full home AC system.

We came to the rescue and added several new light fixture locations to this relatively new townhouse complex.

Oddly enough, many new developments have had a lack of good lighting due to fast and cheap construction these days.

This Spanish import foods shop and café is almost done and ready for business!
We wired them up with power and lighting all over to highlight there products and power there appliances! Coffee will be served right👌
