🚧 We’re Hiring – Junior Flooring Installer (Full-Time)
BC Floors is looking for a Junior Flooring Installer to join our growing team.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in basic flooring installation is required.
If you have experience installing laminate, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), or engineered hardwood flooring and want to continue learning from experienced lead installers, we’d like to hear from you.
What we offer:
âś” Starting wage: $20.00/hour
✔ Full-time work (30–40 hours/week)
âś” Wage increases based on performance, reliability, and skill development
âś” Company tools provided
âś” Crew van transportation available from Richmond or Vancouver (depending on crew assignment)
âś” Hotel, transportation, and meal allowance for out-of-town projects
âś” Stable, year-round work with opportunities for advancement
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in basic flooring installation
• Able to complete basic flooring installations with limited supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and occasional out-of-town work
• Basic English is sufficient
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Driver’s license is an asset
