Downs House II | Restoration Begins
We’ve officially started work on one of West Vancouver’s architectural treasures — Downs House II, designed by the late Barry Downs. This West Coast Modern home is a masterclass in organic architecture, and we’re honoured to be restoring it with the same level of care and precision that went into its original creation.

Our first focus: replicating 50-year-old cedar siding that has gracefully aged in place. Every detail counts — from curve profiles to shingle spacing — and our team is all in on making it right.
