ARLO - CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS

Roofing is underway at Arlo, with work progressing rapidly across the site.

Drywall boarding will begin in the coming weeks, with final window installation about to take place on the townhouse units.

AXIR - Integra's recently completed rental apartment located in the rapidly changing Upper Lonsdale community in North Vancouver. Developed in cooperation with Cascadia Green Developments, the 5-storey building offers 64 rental units. Modern west coast architecture is settled into the sloping streetscape of Lonsdale Avenue. The roof top provides space to relax with views of mountains, ocean and downtown Vancouver.

'THE HAWTHORN' - memorable groundbreaking ceremony.

On February 4th, a ground-breaking ceremony took place for a new Passive House development by Brightside Community Homes Foundation, "The Hawthorn," which will bring 100 affordable rental homes for seniors, families, and people with disabilities to the Marpole neighbourhood. Integra Architecture joined Brightside and other project team members including VanMar Constructors BC Inc., and Colliers, to start the construction on the ground by way of a 'ceremonial shovel'.
