Do you live in the Lower Mainland area and work in the customer service/ building maintenance industry and looking for more money, company vehicle and commissions?

We an established Pest Control and Building Maintenance Company in business for over 20 years and we are seeking highly motivated Technicians with a track record of building customer relationships and providing the best quality service possible.

Successful candidates will be responsible delivering building maintenance to commercial and residential buildings and consulting with our customers on an assigned route and for specialty jobs.

The ability to work independently, and as part of a team is essential.

Benefits include:

Competitive Salary: $25-$30/hr base salary + commission+bonuses+ crew cab 2021 truck + 4 day work week.
Up to $100,000/yearly possible
Phone allowance or phone provided
Hours: Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday.

General responsibilities include:

-Be responsible for the day to day operation of a pest control/building maintenance.

-Bird/Wildlife Control.

-Hoarding, trauma jobs

-Follow a daily route schedule, insuring timely arrival at each stop.

-Heat Treatments

-Discuss the scope of services provided with the customer.
-Utilize the in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient pest solution for their customer's needs.
-Provide customers with the best pest control/building maintenance and eradication services in the industry.
-Work cooperatively with all departments and employees.
-Maintain clean and safe vehicles and drive courteously at all times.
-Other tasks as assigned.

Qualification/Requirements:
The ideal candidate is fit, independent, customer service/problem-solving oriented with exceptional time management skills, strong communication abilities and the desire to help promote environmental health and safety.

-Must be comfortable with heights and ladder work.

-High School diploma or equivalent, college a plus.
-Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
-Basic computer skills
-Must have friendly and outgoing, professional demeanor, and appearance and be capable of multi-tasking.
-Pass a criminal record check

-Must be fully vaccinated.

Prior experience and a stable work record in field/route sales/service, handyman, contractor, roofing or other related background will be considered. Prior experience in Pest Management is not necessary, but is a plus. We will train the right person who is motivated to start a new career.
