In , we learned something most projects discover too late:
✅ every shipment matters
✅ every weather window matters
✅ every trade mobilization matters
✅ every mistake becomes harder to fix
✅ replacement materials take weeks to arrive

That changes how you build.

Instead of increasing labour and complexity on-site, we focused on 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱.

That meant:

Once modules arrive remotely, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿, 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at our VIP event during in Las Vegas last week! 🍸

We hosted the event alongside Volumetric Building Companies (VBC). It was a great opportunity to connect in a more relaxed setting with colleagues, industry leaders, and partners.

Many of the conversations went beyond modular and focused on 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲.
