Hey Caleb, we are doing a meet the team series on IG and you are next in line 😊🙏🏽. This is what the boys and I have put together this far. Please let me know what you would like to add.

✨ Meet Caleb — one of our newest members of the Refine & Design family! ✨
It’s hard to believe Caleb has already been with us for one year! 🛠️
Caleb’s creative journey began as a talented tattoo artist, where he developed a true appreciation for precision, artistry, and attention to detail. Today, he brings those same skills into his carpentry work, creating craftsmanship that is as thoughtful as it is precise.

✨ Meet Dominic — or Dom, as we like to call him! ✨

Dom joined the Refine & Design team just one year ago, and he’s already become one of those guys that clients and managers are ready to arm wrestle over for their next project! 💪😂

Born and raised in the UK, Dom holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has lived and worked in five different countries before finding his true home in Vancouver. 🌎

Always passionate about working with his hands, Dom made the leap from engineering and technical roles into carpentry — turning his love of building into a career. Today, he takes real pride in creating high-end custom work and seeing happy clients at the end of each project. 🔨✨

When he’s not on site, you’ll find Dom trail running, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, playing volleyball with friends, or practicing piano. 🎿🚵‍♂️🎹

We’re incredibly lucky to have his talent, positivity, and dedication on the team. Happy one year, Dom! 🛠️✨

Where luxury meets mood. 🖤✨

Bold textures, warm lighting, and timeless finishes come together to create a bathroom that feels less like a necessity and more like a private retreat.

Every detail was chosen to evoke calm, confidence, and effortless elegance.

Because the most beautiful spaces don’t just look good—they make you feel something.

First impressions start at the front door. 🚪✨

A new door can completely transform the look and feel of your home while improving security, energy efficiency, and everyday comfort.

This installation is another example of the craftsmanship and attention to detail we bring to every project—from precise measurements to the final finishing touches.

Thinking about upgrading your entryway? We’d love to help bring your vision to life.
