We’re excited to share that Twin Peaks has been added to the City of Kelowna’s catalogue of pre-approved Infill Fast-Track designs. Twin Peaks offers a ready-to-go housing solution that can be adapted to suitable sites.
Designed as a flexible missing-middle housing solution, Twin Peaks delivers six family-oriented units across two buildings organized around a shared courtyard. The configuration maximizes site efficiency while maintaining strong livability, privacy, and outdoor connection. The two-building courtyard typology is organized along a single side-yard driveway, supporting efficient circulation while preserving shared outdoor space at the heart of the site.
Each building includes three units, all with:
• A minimum of 2 bedrooms + den
• Private ground-oriented entrances
• Fenced yards for everyday family living
• Enclosed parking stalls
• Private covered rooftop patios with sunset views
