This under-stair nook in a Vancouver home had good bones — but our team at Comor Construction had a much bigger vision for it. 👀

What started as a casual kids' desk area with floating shelves is now a stunning custom millwork masterpiece. We're talking glass-front upper cabinets, a built-in wine fridge, integrated under-cabinet lighting, a lighted display niche, and those gorgeous floating stairs with glass railings finishing it all off beautifully.

Every inch of this space was thoughtfully designed and expertly built. This is the Comor Construction difference. 🔨✨

We are IN LOVE with how this one came together. Two-tone custom cabinetry with warm wood lowers and crisp white uppers, brushed gold hardware throughout, a show-stopping geometric marble backsplash, and quartz countertops that practically glow in the natural light pouring through those windows. And that dining nook with the globe pendant light? Chef's kiss. 🤌

Every detail in this kitchen was designed to be lived in and loved — and we hope this family enjoys every single meal made in it for years to come.

We just completed this stunning primary bathroom renovation in Vancouver and we couldn't be more proud of how it turned out.

Every detail was carefully considered — from the handcrafted zellige-style wall tile that catches the light beautifully, to the brushed gold fixtures throughout that add just the right amount of warmth and luxury. The blush pink custom vanity paired with a crisp white quartz countertop is an absolute showstopper, and the frameless glass shower with a skylight overhead? Pure spa energy. 🛁✨
