Unveiling the Past, Building the Future 🏛️

4555 St. Dunbar Theatre Project is in the Dunbar Southlands neighbourhood, Vancouver and includes five parcels on Dunbar Street between West 30th Avenue and West 29th Avenue. Our proposal is rejuvenating the exterior and structure of Dunbar Theater and restoring its role as a community gathering place while integrating it into a mix-use development.
