20 helical piles in, and this retaining wall is ready to stand strong

For this project, we installed 20 P3 & P4 helical piles to support a retaining wall averaging approximately 36” in height.

1.5 days to install the piles
1.5 days for the contractor to build the retaining wall

8 P4 piles installed in Lions Bay for a new 2-storey garage and coach house. 🏗️

Each pile was equipped with 12” or 16” helix, reaching an average depth of 9’5” and installation capacities ranging from 15 to 36 kips.
