We've just broke ground on phase 2 at Emerald Estates and our servicing is well underway. This was a unique water chamber system. This cost us $250000 to put in for proper water management for the future neighborhood. Emerald Estates phase 2 is completely sold out! These luxury duplex homes with 3 bedroom legal suites will be starting construction fall 2026. We're excited to complete the servicing and start the real building of this project!

A privacy lovers paradise. The duplexes in Langford BC are unlike anything we have ever seen on the market. We spent so long blasting the rock in this area to create this fantastic, one of a kind neighborhood. We couldn't be happier with the features each backyard ended up with!
