Engineered hardwood flood repair last week in downtown Vancouver, B.C.
After removing the affected boards, we found the subfloor to be quite damp for reinstall, so we placed some fans and heaters and came back the next day for installation.

Luckily the homeowners had juuust enough planks for the repair, which is why it’s always a good idea to hang on to the leftover planks after a flooring project; you never know when you might need them.

Thankful and privileged to be a citizen of this great country 🇨🇦 a country that rewards entrepreneurship and hard working individuals who desire to create a better life for themselves. As an immigrant, I rep this flag more proudly than some people I know who were born here ... the truth is I would not be in half the position I am today if it wasn’t for my parents bringing our family here over a decade ago.
