e Golden Rose project is currently being explored with a Phase II drill program, which has been recently completed and assays are pending. Prior to optioning its interest, Gold Finder held a 100% interest in and to the Crescent Mine located in the Silver Lake area of the State of Idaho, an area surrounded by over 90 historical producing mines, which combined, yielded a reported historical production of over $5 billion worth of mineral products. Crescent has been optioned into the United Mining Group which can acquire an 80% interest in and to the Crescent Mine over a three year period by spending $9M on development of the Property. Goldfinder has currently engaged the services of Holloman Corporation to assist the company in finding an advanced stage mineral project. This strategic relationship will help expand Goldfinder's presence outside N America and follows the company's business strategy of developing advanced stage mineral projects. As of February 2011 the company has begun a two month due diligence program on an advanced stage gold project located in Central Asia. The option was acquired by United Mining Group for cash payment of $250,000 and 500,000 shares of its capital stock. Gold Finder is focused on developing and acquiring and gold and silver projects with a history of past development and will be seeking such opportunities by targeting prospective companies and/or assets fitting this description.
