Turning an apartment into a fashion studio sounds simple, until the space needs to function as a showroom, workspace, content studio, and client experience all at once.

For this project, the goal was to create a commercial space that still feels warm, personal, and welcoming.

One of the biggest transformations came from a custom stone feature piece. What looked like a small design detail completely changed the atmosphere of the studio, adding texture, depth, and identity to the space.

For this aesthetic clinic project, every design decision was made with both experience and functionality in mind.

A see-through block divider allowed us to define the space without closing it off, keeping the interior open, light, and connected.
The soft curve was introduced not only as a visual element, but to improve workflow and guide movement naturally throughout the clinic.

One of the key features became the tinted mirror wall - expanding the perception of space through reflection while bringing depth, softness, and a refined atmosphere to the interior.

19 years of Renocon🤍

My first creation. My first “baby.”

What started as something small grew into something I never could’ve planned.
And so have I.

It’s been fast. Slow. Beautiful. Brutal.
Moments of clarity… and moments where nothing made sense.

But looking back it was never chaos.
It was becoming.

We didn’t follow the traditional path.
We built differently. Quietly. Intentionally. On our own terms.

There were risks. Decisions that didn’t make sense to others.
But not once did I look back and regret it.

To everyone who trusted us with their space - thank you.
You are part of this story.

And to anyone who thinks Vancouver isn’t exciting enough -
I used to think that too.

But I’ve learned:
You don’t wait for a city to be interesting…
You build something interesting within it.

That’s how you create your own lane.

My respect for businesses that last this long has completely changed.
Because now I understand what it actually takes.

It’s not easy.
But it’s worth it.
