Big Burnaby project this week!

Our crew was out at a Provincial Health Services Authority building, teaming up with our favourites at Aurora Services to take on 40,000 sq ft of concrete facade.

Using a soft wash system and boom lift access, we safely erased years of organic buildup and restored the building’s exterior without compromising the surface.

Always great collaborating with a solid rope access crew and delivering results at scale.

Our Graffiti Medic team recently removed spray paint tags from a terrazzo facade at Cambie St & W Cordova.

This project was completed for TCA Developments, a Canadian firm specializing in secure, scalable, and energy-efficient data centers.

The scope required material-specific removers for terrazzo, controlled dwell times, full surface protection, and a portable water truck to maintain consistent pressure and rinse quality at height.

Every section was treated methodically to lift pigment without etching, shadowing, or altering the aggregate finish - the kind of detail that matters on architectural facades!
