We are seeking upwards of 5 new Outside Territory Sales Reps for our growing, year round business.

MUST POSESS
- A Reliable Vehicle
- Previous outside sales experience
- Speaks English, Chinese and or Mandarin
- Cell phone with data plan
- Laptop or desktop computer would be valuable

We seek outgoing individuals who are personable, motivated and results driven and NOT afraid to ask for the sale. A background in building products and renovation and restoration services is an asset but not mandatory. Full training will be provided.

We deal with Contractors, Home owners, Property Management firms, strata's and Co-Ops and you must be comfortable speaking with all levels of clientele both in person, on the phone and via email

Potential to earn $1200 to $1500 weekly is very easily attainable. Winter contracts can be very lucrative

360 Property Maintenance provides sales and lead generation for a large number of local renovation restoration and property maintenance companies throughout the Lower Mainland. From West Vancouver to Maple Ridge to White Rock and Langley

We are seeking 3 to 5 experienced sales people to join our team immediately. You will be given a dedicated territory to work within, ranging from North and West Van to Maple Ridge and South Surrey White Rock.

Ideal candidates will posess the following
- Coachable
- Sales Background (Home Renovation but not mandatory) Min 1yr experience
- Direct Sales - Business to Consumer or B2B
- Strong closing skills (not high pressure)
- Reliable Transportation
- Positive Friendly Attitude
- Cell phone with Data plan
- Strong command of the English language

Bonus Skills Seeking 1 or more bilingual reps
- Bilingual (Chinese/Mandarin)
- Previous home renovation sales or installation experience

Position is contract commission only but the potential to earn a strong income exists for the go getters (Average sales income is between $4000 to $10,000 Monthly
