🚧 Day 2 β€” Fixing a Major Foundation Mistake

After removing the old pavers, we discovered nearly 7 inches of sand underneath. A paver foundation should never be built this wayβ€”it can shift, sink and become uneven over time.

Our plan is to remove the excess sand, rebuild the foundation with properly compacted aggregate, add the correct bedding layer and reinstall the pavers properly.

A beautiful finish is importantβ€”but a strong foundation is what makes it last. πŸ’ͺ

🚨 This old drainage pipe had failed… but we fixed it the right way.

Water problems often start underground. On this project, we removed the failed drain pipe, installed a new PVC drainage system, and connected it to a dry well to safely redirect water away from the property.
