we love an integrated appliance. our friends may have come over and opened this up thinking it was a front hall closet… panel ready appliances truly allow you to customize your kitchen for a seamless look & feel. all our appliances are from and we loved them so much we replicated them in our new project with the exception of one fun upgrade that we will share soon.

we’re in the process of choosing a backsplash in one of our projects and there are so many options! flashing back to this terrazzo slab in our burnaby project for a very special client. whether marble, quartz, tile, wallpaper or paint - don’t be afraid to try something new and inject colour, pattern, contrast, texture or all of the above in your next design project.

throwing it back to a fireplace built-in renovation we did a few months ago. this beautiful whistler townhome is our near and dear friends, and lucky for the masses - it just went on the market this week. it’s got to be one of our favourite neighbourhoods and mountain escapes. backing onto the cheakamus river and walking distance to the most epic hikes, lakes and trails we will dearly miss this oasis but can’t wait for the future owners to make lifelong memories here too.

we removed the rustic brick and created a more seamless drywall finish with an exposed beam mantle. the built-in benches are fluted with added storage and floating shelves to share this ski loving families memorabilia including a photo of the first chairlift being built on whistler mountain alongside this olympic athletes many accolades!

it’s all in the details, we love this little fireplace nook in the living space of our clients home. the two story ceilings give the fireplace a feeling of grandeur and the pop of green cabinetry mirrors the colour palette in the kitchen. we love the patterned tile they opted for bringing new life to this previously unused space.

a sneaky work space tucked into the corner of this beautiful built-in cabinetry on the opposite side of this quirky kitchen. we love the white fridge with brass hardware and the red floral wallpaper gives this space a work, eat, play, live feeling.

very excited to share one of our favourite projects. we love a client who isn’t afraid to mix patterns and colour. the result is an absolutely custom kitchen, living and dining space that is interesting and easy to live in reflecting this young couples creative, fun personalities.

ample storage, a cooktop and peninsula made the galley kitchen feel 10x bigger for our clients. the two tone cabinetry with painted uppers and rich toned wood lower drawers make this kitchen ooze with sophistication and charm. the separate stove top and oven gives the space clean aesthetically appealing lines. one of our favourites.

this coastal bathroom with an added skylight in the exposed wood ceiling adds so much light to this bath turned shower. white oak with natural hues and touches of blue make this the perfect guest bathroom makeover.

green is having its moment right now ✨ we updated this bathroom with floor to ceiling green subway tiling to replace the clients previous beige square-tiled bathroom. complete with a sliding pocket door, this basement guest bathroom definitely delivers on that ‘wow’ factor.

we love when clients opt to mix modern and classic design elements. the exposed red brick feels classic and complements the exposed wood beam roof perfectly while the black panelled entry way with white oak bench feels more modern. this client upgraded their curb appeal taking the black hue to their exterior siding as well making this home ‘pop’ in their neighbourhood.
