A great build is only as strong as the people behind it. Woodpecker Hardwood Flooring is one of those partners we trust without hesitation. Over 30 projects together, and their commitment to quality and reliability has never wavered.

When a mutual designer introduced us, it didn't take us long to understand why. From supply to installation, their team handles every detail with the same precision we bring to our builds. Over time, they have become a meaningful part of how we build, and we are incredibly grateful to have them in our corner.

Renovating a condo isn’t quite the same as renovating a house. There’s an extra layer that most people don’t see coming, the Strata Bylaws that dictate how a renovation is to be undertaken and delivered.

Not sure what that means? A Strata refers to the way a building is divided by ownership. The Strata council governs what can and can’t be done in individual and shared spaces via the Strata Bylaws, which means before a single wall comes down, there’s documentation to produce, approvals to secure, and relationships to manage.

Our team comes from the back-end of condo construction. We understand how a building works before we even look at the drawings, which means we’re prepared for what most contractors aren’t. Floods, rerouted pipes, on-site emergencies, and the nuanced inner workings of building relations all lean into our decades of expertise.

Your condo is one of many in the same building, built from the same blueprint, finished the same way. In 2019, our Founder Babak built Condoworks around the belief that it doesn't have to be that way.

After years spent working on construction sites, managing the building of condos, he understood the process inside and out, and more importantly, he knew how to make it better. The idea was simple: create spaces that actually reflect the people living in them, without the stress that typically comes with renovations.

Our first project was Babak's own condo, a fitting place to set the standard. From there, an early collaboration with renowned BC-based designer Jamie Banfield of Banfield Design Co set the tone for the designer partnerships we've built today.

Now, with over 60 projects completed and more in the pipeline, we continue to bring each vision to life, across every design style imaginable.

Yep, you guessed it. Just like our sister brand, Forte Projects, we have a fresh, new brand.

Since we launched Condoworks back in 2019, our driving purpose has always been to create spaces that break away from conformity, allowing our clients’ personalities to truly shine. Our rebrand has us feeling the same way because of the deep, thoughtful work that Studio Giddy Up did for us throughout the process.

In taking a closer look, you might notice a detail that’s one of our personal favourites - the soft curves and geometric shapes that make up our icon, reminiscent of the forms that we see on the daily in our own blueprints.

Good morning! A view from atop one of Vancouver's most prestigious buildings puts this opulent home in a class of its own.

This large-footprint condo (2700+ sqft) transformation was the brainchild of visionary designer .ca, encompassing a variety of curved edges mixed with modern finishes and some out-of-the-box features, reserved only for clients daring to push the envelope.

A top-class winner of the Georgie Awards for Best Condo Renovation between 750k - 1.5 million, this project will never be rivaled.
