What was once a small, dark and lacking storage bedroom has now been transformed in to a bright space of dreams, with a new lease of storage life.

Removal of the bedroom cabinet opened up the corner space.
Installation of a new sliding wardrobe from Arbutus Furniture & Closets, as well as installation of an additional wardrobe for extra storage space.
The bedroom door was replaced with a farmhouse style sliding door allowing the space to be opened up even more.

We think the results speak for themselves 😍

A complete overhaul of this one bedroom condo kitchen.

From tearing down walls, to removing cabinets, and designing a new layout, we created this bright, spacious open concept kitchen.

With the removal of walls, and no longer having the kitchen blocked off from the main living area, it allows in a lot more light for when you're cooking your favorite dishes, as well as allowing you to stay connected and continue on conversations while entertaining your guests.

Kitsilano Condo Project

For the alcove area in this one bedroom Kitsilano condo, we removed the existing platform that existed directly in front of the main light source windows, as well the blue bookcase and fixtures throughout.

The result is this beautiful, spacious wide open area that the sun shines through. A great space to enjoy a cup of coffee on the bright mornings, cozy down with a good book or a bright open space that would be great for a WFH area.

Kitsilano Condo Renovation

The entryway got a bright new makeover with the removal of the old mirrored doors on the closet and a complete new closet installed for storage, as well as a neat & tidy space for the in suite washer/dryer combo.

The new brighter flooring helps to bring this entry way to life upon entering.

Our full renovation of this one bedroom condo directly across from Kitsilano Beach is now complete.

The bathroom has been updated with a fresh new look from the outdated tiles and colour scheme it had originally.

It is now the perfect place to sit back and relax with a good book and a soak in the tub after a long day.

The beginning of our Lynn Valley Condo Project.

A quaint third floor condo in Lynn Valley for a lovely couple. We're starting with the demo of the kitchen for new cabinets and appliances.
After photo’s to follow as progress is made on this project.
We’ll also be installing new flooring throughout the apartment, closet organizer in the master bedroom walk-in closet and new paint throughout.
