The Pool Fill In People

From first call to finished job, this is exactly the experience we aim for.

Rochelle reached out on a friend's recommendation, and Allan was out for a quote the very next day, walking her through every step so there were no surprises along the way. The crew wrapped the job up and left the site spotless.

This is what word of mouth referrals look like, and we're grateful for every one of them.

This is a frequent sight for our crew.

An old pool, a torn liner, and a backyard that's basically off limits for the whole family. It happens fast, one season of neglect turns into years of "we'll deal with it eventually."

Here's the thing: eventually gets a lot harder once the ground freezes. Fall is actually the best time to get a job like this done, while the soil is still workable and before winter shuts everything down for the season.

If your backyard looks anything like this, now's the time to reach out. We'd rather you call us before the frost than wait until next spring wondering what to do with it.

"How much does it cost?" is always the first question, and the honest answer is: it depends. Here's what actually moves the number:

🔹 Pool size and type (bigger pool, more curves, more time)
🔹 Indoor vs. outdoor
🔹 Soil and location
🔹 How easy it is to get equipment into your yard

The best way to get a real number is a quick on site look. We'll walk you through it, no surprises.

"We are extremely happy with the results. A team of hardworking, friendly guys. Allan, the owner, is an easy going nice guy and he met all our requests. We will enjoy our new lawn. I highly recommend this company."

— Susan Harold, Google review

This is the kind of feedback that makes the whole crew's day. 😁

Kids headed back to school, and pool season winding down?

Late summer is actually the best time to start planning a fill in. You get the job done before the ground gets too cold, and you're ready to enjoy a real backyard again by next spring.

Let us know if you're ready to take that next step!

Quick one we get asked a lot: do you need a permit to fill in a pool?

In most cases, no. A standard fill in usually doesn't need one. A permit only comes into play if you're planning to build a structure over the filled in area later on.

If that's part of your plan, mention it early so we can help you sort out the details.

Here's an article we put together with some more information:

Many Ontario homeowners are faced with the big decision about whether to fill in their swimming pool. They may be trying to reduce maintenance costs, improve safety, or repurpose backyard space. If you’re thinking about filling in your pool, you might be wondering whether permits are required in O...

Thinking about filling in your pool but not sure which way to go? There are two ways to do it:

🔹 Partial fill in, faster and more affordable, great if you want a garden, lawn or patio.

🔹 Full fill in, removes everything, gives you way more flexibility if you're planning to build over the space later.

Not sure which one fits your yard? Send us a message, we're happy to walk you through it.
