We loved bringing this full bathroom to life for a busy family with a young daughter. From the striking navy vanity to the durable quartz countertop and easy-to-clean finishes, every detail was chosen with style and practicality in mind.

The round mirror adds softness, while the modern light fixture and splash of ocean-inspired art bring energy and personality to the space.

🌟 Meet the Faces Behind the Slinger Construction team! 🌟

Hi, we’re Evan and Sarah – husband and wife, proud parents of 3 amazing kids, and the owners of Slinger Construction! 💪👷‍♂️👷‍♀️

We’ve been married for 10 years, and in 2018, we took a leap of faith and founded our full-service residential construction company. Since then, we’ve never looked back, and we’re so grateful for the journey that has brought us here. 🚀

Evan is our President & General Contractor. At a young age, he learned the tricks of the trade from his father (an electrical and small engine repair enthusiast) and his grandfather (an aircraft mechanic and furniture maker). His passion for renovation really started at 19 when he bought his first home – and he’s been building ever since! 🛠️

Sarah brings over 15 years of project management experience and a love for fashion and interior design. Raised on a farm, she’s no stranger to hard work, and after working 15+ years in the digital marketing world, she’s living her dream by helping Evan run the business and bring beautiful home renovations to life. ✨

We’re so excited to combine our skills and passions, and it’s an absolute joy working together as a family. Our 3 kids keep us busy, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. 💙

🏡✨ Aging at home ✨ As we age, we tend to come across things in our home that can make every day things a bit more challenging. Things like, a sunken living space that we now struggle to safely step down into, a main floor layout with narrow hallways and tiny doorways, a bathroom that only allows for one person in there at a time.

We recently completed this beautiful main floor renovation for a wonderful couple who were looking to age at home. They had been planning on moving into a condo, but reconsidered and really wanted to their family home to grow with them as they aged.

To do this, we focused on creating a safe, comfortable, and stylish environment tailored to their needs. Key upgrades included:

🔹 **Accessible Layout:** Created an open concept main living area by removing a load bearing wall AND raised the floor in their sunken living room to provide a seamless flow for easier mobility.
🔹 **Comfort Zones:** Created an extremely cozy spaces for relaxation and connection, perfect for family gatherings.
🔹 **Communication Zone:** Created an accessible office/desk area where they can sit and enjoy phone/video calls with family & friends.

We’re thrilled to help them enjoy their home for many years to come! ❤️
