Today's rain is tomorrow's resource. With sunshine and warmer weather on it's way this weekend, it's a good reminder that every drop of rain that falls on your roof is an opportunity.

Rainwater harvesting systems collect and store rainwater for later use. This water can be used for gardens and landscaping, flushing toilets, and reducing the demand on municipal water supplies.

We've installed a number of rainwater harvesting systems over the years and one thing remains true: the best time to collect water is when you don't need it.

While many people see a rainy day, we see thousands of litres of water ready to be stored and put to good use when the dry weather arrives.

This was our very first Sonbuilt home, built with so much care, hope, and dreams for the future.

30 years later, we are still proud of what we designed and built. Especially knowing it was designed with aging in place in mind, long before it became a common conversation.

This home was featured in several magazines for its thoughtful, forward thinking features and layout.

From day one, we made a promise to protect the natural beauty around us. We worked hard to preserve these beautiful trees and today they are more stunning than ever.

Thirty years later we’re still grateful for the journey that started right here.

When the lights dim, the music fades, and the crowd heads home … that’s when the real stories start.

At the end of an incredible evening at the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of the Fraser Valley awards gala, while a few final guests quietly mingled, Dan from and found themselves wrapped up - quite literally - in the fabric of the CHBAFV photo backdrop.

Proof that even after a night of excellence, awards, and polished moments … there’s still room for a little laughter on the floor.

Because sometimes, the best memories aren’t made on stage. They happen after the crowds go home.

Huge thanks to Cliff Prang for absolutely nailing the MC role. Your energy, timing, and humour kept the entire evening flowing effortlessly.
