A morning with this little one filled with creativity, exploration, and fun!

We explored with edible homemade paint, giving her the opportunity to use her senses and creativity to create her very own canvas. She enjoyed experimenting with the colours, making marks, and watching her artwork come to life.

We also spent some time exploring through music, listening to different sounds, moving along to the rhythm, and enjoying the joy that music brings.

Today we had a really great conversation about postpartum, and I added some information below that I wanted to share. I honestly think this is something more people need to talk about and take seriously.

There are so many physical and emotional changes that can happen after having a baby, and I don’t think people talk about it enough. New moms shouldn’t feel like they just have to “get through it” or figure everything out on their own. It’s okay to not feel okay, and it’s so important to have support and feel comfortable asking for help.

I really hope we can have more open and honest conversations about postpartum and make sure people know how important it is to take care of themselves too. It’s something that deserves a lot more understanding, support, and attention.
