While being active outdoors - whether it is running, walking, circuit training, skating or sleigh riding - I rarely go without my camera/smart phone. For me fitness and getting outdoors is not about the destination but the journey...it is important to soak up your surroundings, 'a breath taking view', 'a Bald Eagle soaring over head', or a tree or a plant that is strikingly beautiful!' There are so many things to appreciate on your journey....

New service for 2015!!! We are so exicted about offering a new specialized service. We will be installing Fitness Gardens for clients into their landscapes. This fits so well with what we do and speaks to our directly to our core values "be inspired.live live outside!!!"

This service will work for those who:
- want to take their workouts out of their basements or home gym's and into the outdoors!
- don't have a gym close by but want to carry on with their training while at home or at the cottage.
- want to maximize the use of their outdoor space.
- want to be healthy and happy - incorporate fresh air into their daily routines to lower stress.
