mulched along the property line to create additional usable backyard space. Grubbed the area and installed a drainage ditch to improve water management and direct runoff away from the house. Connected gutter downspout outlets to the ditch system to help prevent water buildup around the foundation.

This home had the work done before wich was done inproperly and causeing basement to still leak as u can see in the picture drain tile was installed to high.
