Construction Labourer – 2–3 Positions Available

Gloade Construction & Excavation is looking to hire 2–3 dependable Construction Labourers to join our team immediately.

We’re looking for people who are reliable, willing to work, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction and excavation environment. Experience is an asset, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are most important.

Responsibilities
• Assist equipment operators and other trades
• General site cleanup and organization
• Shovelling, raking and grading
• Assist with excavation, concrete and site work
• Handle and move construction materials
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Help with loading/unloading trucks and equipment
• Follow direction from operators, foremen and supervisors
• Maintain a safe and clean job site
• Perform other general construction duties as required

What We’re Looking For
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
• Physically capable of performing construction labour
• Dependable and shows up on time, every day
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
• Able to follow instructions and work safely around heavy equipment
• Willing to learn and take on different tasks
• Construction or excavation experience is an asset
• Safety tickets are an asset but not required
