We had to pull a few tomato plants from the garden and as a result we have a bunch of big beautiful green tomatoes! We will have these available Friday night at the Commanda Museum market and Saturday North Bay Farmers' Market . Shredding up a big bowl of seconds zucchini for winter use.

Couldn't be easier.

• pack into freezer bags
• when ready to use just thaw and drain excess liquid

We use the thawed and drained zucchini for pasta and fritters all winter long.
