On November 10th Teo Boers passed away unexpectedly at his home, at the age of 72.
Teo was a partner with his brothers Michael & David in Hollandale Landscaping & Garden Centre Ltd. for over 30 years until his retirement in 2017. His entire working life was spent in the landscape & nursery business. Teo's special skill set as a horticulturist & talented equipment operator meshed perfectly with his brother's design & construction skills, helping to create many award winning landscapes across eastern Ontario.
Teo's legacy will carry on in the many thousands of trees that he took part in planting that will provide oxygen and shade for generations to come.
A wise man once said " the true meaning of life is to plant trees, under whose shade you do not expect to sit"
