Just thought I'd let my followers on this page be the first to know: I'll be starting my Sourdough Saturdays this Sat., Aug. 29 at 11:00-7:00.
If anyone here is interested in preordering plain boules (~500 g; 85-90% bread flour; 10-15% whole wheat flour), please msg me.
Pick up will be at noon, though I'll probably stand out there to help folks select specific tomatoes till 2:00'ish.
I don't anticipate a full-spectrum display of tomatoes quite yet, as a lot of my beefsteaks are still on the vine, but on Saturdays like this, you're welcome to choose from cherries, salads, slicers, and beefsteaks to be weighed together. All other days, I separate them on my self-serve stand.
