One of the biggest mistakes contractors make is pricing a job too low just to win it.

The problem? The materials still cost what they cost. Labour still costs what it costs. When the budget isn’t realistic, something has to give.

That’s when corners get cut, cheaper materials get used, details get skipped, and everyone ends up frustrated.
