This freestanding tub installation in a Yorkville penthouse required extensive planning and precision. Unlike standard tub installations, a floor-mounted tub filler demands exact rough-in placement before the finished flooring is installed, leaving virtually no room for error. Every plumbing connection had to be perfectly coordinated with the tile layout, tub location, and surrounding millwork to achieve the clean, seamless look you see today
