Most people don’t think about how much harder the job market has gotten for young people specifically... until they see the numbers.

Youth unemployment jumped 57% between 2022 and 2025.

That’s not a small shift, that’s a real change in how hard the search has gotten.

Fortunately, there are plenty of job opportunities opening up in the security industry.

1992 was a year…

The Blue Jays won it all. Jordan went back-to-back. Roberta Bondar went to space. A kid from Scarborough gave us Wayne’s World.

And in a much quieter corner of the GTA, Winston Stewart started Wincon Security. A man with a big dream.

34 years later, we’re 250+ people strong with people who took a career here, not just a job.

We’re hiring across the GTA. Real pre-deployment training, schedules built around your life, and a team that actually supports your journey.
