Ryan helped spearhead the opening of BLT’s Victoria office in 2022 and continues to support our team, clients, and operations across the region. With strong knowledge of the local market, Ryan brings a collaborative and solutions-focused approach to every project.

What advice would you give clients planning a construction project?
Bring your construction partner in early. Pre-construction involvement helps manage budgets, material lead times, permitting, and trade coordination while creating greater schedule certainty.
What trends are you seeing in Victoria and Vancouver Island?
We’re seeing increased demand for adaptive reuse, sustainable retrofits, and occupied renovations. With high real estate costs, businesses are focused on maximizing existing spaces while modernizing without costly operational shutdowns.
