A recently completed modern. Now if only I could just get them to build it exactly like designed. This is the closest yet, only a minor change on the stucco. This is a common problem unfortunately with many clients. I am happy for the square columns though as round ones are cheaper but I specifically requested square ones! I had hoped for the siding profile but knew it was most likely to be a different stucco colour instead.

My client recently sent me the final images for their new ADU, Additional Dwelling Unit, I designed for them in the GTA. It's a little different, but it came out nice. We started with a 2 car garage. Added a garage and entrance and then built a full second floor atop.

Original Toronto Old City Hall as proposed, slightly different as built. Tower built is taller.

While I doubt you could build this today, it is a very interesting approach to a difficult site.
