Every October, somebody in the office gets handed the holiday decorating. Usually with short notice and no budget number.
They ring three companies. Two send a paragraph and a price. One never calls back. Nothing lines up, so the decision ends up being a gut feeling about which email sounded nicer.
So we published ours in full. A decorated interior is $2,397 to $5,042 for the season. A street entrance is $2,208. Design, materials, installation and taking every piece away in January are all inside that.
No second invoice in the new year. Worth a read before you compare quotes.
One timing note: package and colour get confirmed by October 31, a 50% deposit reserves your install date, and those dates fill in the order deposits arrive.
