There is a void between someone wanting work and someone USING you and not giving any concern for your time, profession, professionalism, sweat equity and care.

We deal with this all the time.

I heard a story where the intetested homeowner/client-to-be got 13 [THIRTEEN!!!!] quotes! wtf 😳

Not untrue!

Most of us trying to cause anything get them. It’s what you do with them, after the fact, is what matters.

Stay stuck in them and you’ll likely shrivel.

My suggestion is to learn from them and keep going for your goal.
