We didn’t design this house to be safe.
We designed it to breathe, to provoke, to hold conversations the moment you walk through the archway.

To our clients who trusted us with their memories, to our team who carried the details, to every consultant who steered the ship when the waves got weird, Thank You.

And to Rosemary Poole, thank you for seeing the soul of this home and telling its story with so much care.

Still wrapping our heads around this one! Our home, captured by some of our favourite creatives, is now living in the pages of one of our favourite magazines.

It’s surreal to see a space that started with sketches and chaos turn into something worth publishing.

Huge love to everyone who helped shape it, and to the artists who let us represent their work. This one is for the books!

This Emirates Hills residence is a study in restrained luxury, where natural materials take center stage.

In the bedroom, softly textured beige wall panels wrap the space in warmth, while wood flooring introduces a contemporary contrast that feels both grounded and refined. The overall palette is serene, designed to evoke calm without sacrificing sophistication.

In the bathroom, materiality becomes the focal point. A sculptural travertine bathtub anchors the space, its light tone and tactile surface offering a rich counterpoint to the otherwise minimal detailing. The result is a quiet but confident display of natural beauty and tailored craftsmanship.

What do you do when your client won't buy the idea?

Do it their way. Then do it your way.

There is also the possibility that they may be right!

You can't afford the house of your dreams. That's why it is the house of your dreams. So either find a way of getting it (you'll find the means), or be satisfied with dissatisfaction.
