Another roof bites the dust!

We refurbished this 12-8 shed upon first arrival it was unleveled due to the footings sinking over time, and it's only the foundation being erroded pallets. Looking at its degradation, Wendy exclaimed her want to take it down me inspecting the bear bones/ trusses figured it was well worth the upkeep. We added intake venting on the sides, ensuring it breaths, and the air gets constantly circulated with an exhaust vent installed near the peak. We originally came to just do the garage and ended up fixing some missing soffit some animals protruded in, as well as some sideing that was falling because it was cut to large then nailed with some fascia nails. Looking around the building , we took down any trees that may have left a way onto the roof for raccoons and other animals. People regularly have problems with to garuntee it's longevity fir years to come.

Low budget on this shed, and we made it look brand new with a cost effective 15 years shingle! We saved money by reusing old shingles as starters. Kept in doors so they will last, did the soffit that was left by someone who never new how to finish. Repaired the fascia and written spots. We cut the trees so animals would not go back on the roof like what happened in this case.
