One of the biggest challenges with typical Toronto homes on narrow lots is making the main floor feel open and connected.

As part of a full interior renovation, we reconfigured the main floor powder room to unlock more usable space and improve the flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The result is a home that feels larger, brighter, and functions better, all without increasing its footprint.

Sometimes the best renovations aren't about adding space, they're about using it more effectively.

Bringing a design to life before construction begins can make all the difference when making decisions.
